MOVE THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

For this project, the focus was on exploring the neighbourhood in Overvecht, Utrecht. Many children on the Ivoordreef mentioned that they didn't felt safe on their playground.  The red areas on the right shows the dark entrances of the playground, the children only could see people enter the playground in those areas.

The goal of this project was to positively change the interaction on the playground and stimulate the children to playing outside. By using lights, music and movements, the interaction has became positive when someone enters the playground.
